You do not pay when creating a request. Providers first send final offers. After you accept one offer, you pay a 15% booking deposit through the platform. The remaining balance is paid according to the final provider agreement.

All providers undergo verification including document checks, service or vehicle review, and quality monitoring. Providers can build a reserve through successful trips or top it up manually to increase trust and access to more requests.

Provider levels depend on successful trips, customer reviews, reliability, reserve status and cancellation history. Higher-level providers may receive better visibility and access to more valuable requests.

Yes, if you've traveled with a provider before or have a recommendation, you can request them specifically when building your trip.

Mangystau terrain can be affected by rain. If conditions become unsafe, providers will suggest alternative routes or rescheduling. Your safety is the priority, and we have clear policies for weather-related changes.

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend travel insurance that covers adventure activities and remote area travel. Some locations are far from medical facilities.

All verified providers carry first aid kits, satellite communication devices, recovery equipment, and emergency supplies. Premium providers offer additional safety features.

If you cancel more than 3 days before the trip, a partial refund may apply, with a platform coordination/cancellation fee retained. If you cancel less than 3 days before the trip, the booking deposit is normally non-refundable. Provider cancellations remain refundable.

Yes, modifications can be requested up to 3 days before the trip. Changes to dates, group size, or route may affect pricing and are subject to provider availability.

If a provider cancels, you receive a full refund and we help you find an alternative provider. Providers who cancel without valid reason face penalties.
