1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of NomadTrip KZ, a marketplace connecting tourists with local travel providers in Kazakhstan.
2. Platform Role
NomadTrip KZ operates as a marketplace. We are not a travel agency and do not directly provide travel services. Providers are independent operators responsible for their own services.
3. Booking Process
- A prepayment confirms the booking request.
- Remaining payment terms are shown during booking and may be paid according to the booking flow.
- Provider contact information is revealed only after booking confirmation.
- Bookings are subject to provider availability, route access and weather conditions.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking and traveler information.
- Respect provider rules, local laws and safety instructions.
- Do not circumvent the platform for outside deals with providers found through NomadTrip KZ.
- Maintain appropriate insurance and personal preparation for adventure travel.
5. Provider Verification
The platform may verify providers through documents, service records, vehicle data, moderation and performance history. Verification reduces risk but does not eliminate all travel risks.
6. Limitation of Liability
- NomadTrip KZ is not responsible for independent provider actions or omissions.
- Routes may change due to weather, road conditions, permits or safety concerns.
- Travelers remain responsible for personal readiness and appropriate conduct during trips.
7. Dispute Resolution
When disputes occur, the platform may review booking records, messages and provider activity. Users should report issues through the platform as soon as possible.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued platform use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
