1. Registration Requirements
- Submit valid identification and business/service information where requested.
- Provide vehicle, equipment or service details where applicable.
- Pass moderation, safety or quality checks.
- Maintain accurate service descriptions, pricing and availability.
2. Deposit System
The deposit system is designed to protect tourists and support service quality.
- Deposit amount may vary by provider type, service class and risk level.
- Deductions may be made for verified complaints, no-shows, unsafe conduct or service failures.
- Deposit refund depends on pending disputes, obligations and platform rules.
- Top-up may be required if the balance falls below the required level.
3. Quality Bonus
High-performing providers may receive additional benefits based on completed trips, reviews, reliability and safety performance.
4. Provider Status Levels
- New providers start with limited history.
- Higher status can be earned through completed trips, strong ratings and low cancellation rates.
- Repeated issues can reduce visibility or restrict access to requests.
5. Payment Terms
- The platform may collect prepayment from tourists.
- Remaining payment flow depends on the booking model and service type.
- Prepayments, provider payouts and bonuses are calculated according to the current booking terms.
- Provider payout may be delayed during disputes or safety reviews.
6. Platform Rules
- Do not share phone numbers, email, QR codes, social handles or external links before booking confirmation.
- Do not move platform leads into outside deals.
- Honor listed prices and agreed service scope.
- Respond to booking requests within the expected time window.
- Cancel or adjust trips when conditions are unsafe.
7. Cancellation Penalties
- Weather-related cancellations may be allowed when documented.
- Vehicle or equipment breakdowns should be reported quickly with alternatives where possible.
- Cancellations without valid reason can affect deposit, rating and visibility.
- Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
8. Account Termination
- Accounts may be suspended for repeated rule violations.
- Fraud, unsafe conduct or contact-bypass attempts can lead to removal.
- Failure to maintain required documents, deposit or service quality can restrict provider access.
