Cancellation Policy

Clear rules for booking changes, refunds, provider cancellations and weather-related route changes.

100% refund

Full prepayment returned where the cancellation qualifies.

3–7 days before

50% refund

Partial prepayment returned under the standard policy.

Less than 3 days

No refund

Prepayment is normally non-refundable.

1. Tourist Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, the refund amount depends on timing and booking conditions.
  • 7+ days before trip: full prepayment refunded within the standard processing period.
  • 3–7 days before trip: 50% of prepayment refunded.
  • Less than 3 days before trip: prepayment is normally non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

2. Provider Cancellation

  • If a provider cancels, the tourist receives a full prepayment refund.
  • The platform may help find an alternative provider.
  • Providers may face penalties for cancellations without a valid reason.

3. Weather-Related Changes

Kazakhstan routes can be affected by weather, road conditions and seasonal access.
  • A provider may suggest an alternative route for safety.
  • A provider may suggest rescheduling to a safer date.
  • If no safe alternative is possible, a refund may be provided under the booking conditions.
  • Final weather and access decisions are made with safety as the priority.

4. Booking Modifications

  • Request changes at least 3 days before the trip where possible.
  • Changes depend on provider availability.
  • Price may change based on group size, route, dates, vehicles or services.
  • Additional prepayment may be required if the price increases.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a tourist does not show up without prior notice, prepayment is normally non-refundable.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions.
  • Provider claims may be reviewed by the platform where applicable.

6. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open your trip or booking page.
  3. Select the booking you want to cancel.
  4. Submit the cancellation request through the platform.
  5. Refund, if applicable, will be processed after review.
